This training manual focuses on strengthening teachers' practical inclusive education skills to reach children or learners with disabilities in Lesotho. Its objectives are: 

• To highlight the importance of gender sensitive inclusive education (for persons with disabilities, particularly children, on the basis of equality and non-discrimination based on gender and disability) 
• To explore the barriers to inclusive education faced by learners with all types of disabilities, and to consider actions for removing them. 
• To include and support learners with disabilities in classrooms and school settings, 
• To provide teachers with practical and inclusive education skills. 
• To improve knowledge and understanding of teachers on strategies of inclusive education in a classroom and school setting. 
• To contribute towards the implementation of Lesotho inclusive education policy implementation through provision of practical inclusive education best practices.

This training manual aims to help media practitioners analyse subjects, issues and data with a gender perspective, and aims to garner public support on the thematic issues of women, girls and LGBTIQ+ persons, and work constructively through the media to change the context or environment in which the problem occurs and promote a facilitating environment for grounding human rights at the national and international level. The manual was developed as part of ARROW’s Gender Equality Initiative (GEI) in Malaysia. Launched in 2020, the GEI aims to contribute to the implementation of CEDAW and UPR concluding observations and recommendations.

This training manual was commissioned to strengthen media engagement around gender equality and human rights in Asia and the Pacific, with a focus on women and girls, as well as LGBTQIAP, fluid and non-binary individuals. The manual aims to be a catalytic tool, not only for shifting narratives around bodily autonomy and gender justice, but also for accelerating progress on global commitments to gender equality and human rights.

This training manual offers agricultural researchers a resource with tips and guidance for a spectrum of topics on gender mainstreaming. Targeted at trainers working with new and even more experienced participants, the manual tackles a rich selection of topics ranging from the basic concepts for investigating gender in agriculture to how best to conduct a gender-sensitive technology evaluation. Although tailored to a specific programme (Africa RISING), the manual covers aspects of gender analysis that are relevant to other actors working with similar objectives. More specifically, these are researchers that engage with smallholder farmers and other stakeholders to jointly develop and test agricultural technologies – technologies that not only enhance productivity and profitability and are environmentally sound, but also adapted to the differential needs of women and men farmers and benefit both in an equal manner.

The Training Manual on Gender-Responsive Investigation and Counselling Skills for Senior Police Officers is a manual for trainers published by the Nepal Police. It serves as a guidebook for the Nepal Police on addressing of elimination of violence against women and children will enhance senior police offi cer’s knowledge and skills in that area of psycho social counseling. The manual fulfills an emerging need for quality training materials for counselling survivors, including women, girls and boys. 

In line with HelpAge's 2030 Strategy - which is committed to achieving impact on the wellbeing, dignity and voice of older people in their diversity - this gender equality training toolkit supports the promotion of gender equality across the work of the HelpAge Global Network. The toolkit consists of a training manual and accompanying handouts for HelpAge’s gender focal points to use for training colleagues, network members and partners. The learning pack is to be used by those trained for complementary distance learning. The toolkit is designed for those trained to: reflect on perceptions of gender and other identities, across the life course and particularly in older age, and challenge unconscious bias; understand discrimination based on bias towards gender and other identities, particularly with regard to older people; understand why gender analysis is important in all development and humanitarian interventions; and learn how to carry out a gender analysis.

The United Nations Police Gender Toolkit is a training package of best practices for mainstreaming gender into police activities in peacekeeping operations. The package consists of three modules. Module one is on capacity building of UNPOL officers on gender mainstreaming. Module two is on capacity building of the host State police on promoting gender equality. Module three is on capacity building of the host State police on preventing and investigating sexual and gender-based violence. The Gender Toolkit package is available as a comprehensive handbook and an accompanying Compendium of Project Tools; an instructor’s manual for in-person training-of-trainers courses; and an online e-learning course.

This training guide is a basic introduction to understanding sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) in a psychosocial context. It provides information about different types of SGBV as well as practical guidance on psychosocial support related to SGBV. The focus is on the direct response to survivors of SGBV. It provides participants with skills and knowledge on how to handle disclosures of SGBV and how to provide psychosocial support to people affected by SGBV. It is a stand-alone, two-day training workshop, but can also be combined with the PS Centre’s Community-based Psychosocial Support: Training kit or other basic trainings in psychosocial support.
