At the end of this training, you will be able to: 

  • Understand the problem of violence and harassment in the world of work in all its facets; 

  • Review the international human rights framework around the issue in light of ILO Convention No. 190 and Recommendation No. 206; 

  • Familiarize with the strategies and provisions contained in these instruments; 

  • Locate yourself in the roadmap for change laid out by these instruments and identify entry points towards application of their principles in your own context.
