Course on Gender Mainstreaming Now Available!

The UN Women Training Centre is proud to announce the availability of the blended course Gender Mainstreaming, which will be held for the first time on 06-31 March (online) and 03-07 April (face-to-face). The objective of this course is to strengthen capacity of UN System, development organizations, governments and other stakeholders to mainstream gender in public policies, programmes and projects and institutions and organizations.

This course content will be a divided into several modules covering different topics. Each module will be delivered in different sessions that can have a moderated, blended or face to face modality.

The content of each module will include:

  1. Module 1: Basic concepts on gender mainstreaming
  2. Module 2: Gender mainstreaming in Programmes and Projects Cycle
  3. Module 3: Gender Mainstreaming in Public Policies
  4. Module 4: Gender Mainstreaming in Institutions

The course is geared towards the UN System and other development organizations, governments and civil society.
