What is training for gender equality?
Training for gender equality is a transformative, ongoing process designed to inspire both individual and collective change. Through consciousness-raising, empowering learning experiences, knowledge-building, and skills development, it equips learners to actively contribute to a more equitable society.
Our training progammes enable learners to develop gender competence—the knowledge, skills, and awareness needed to advance gender equality in everyday life and professional settings.
Gender equality training is a critical tool in fulfilling our commitment to equal human rights for all. It also directly supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, especially SDG 5: Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment, by equipping individuals and organizations to drive meaningful progress.
