This training course aims to strengthen capacity and knowledge of leaders and managers to advance gender equality, women's empowerment, and women's rights agenda within their organizational contexts. This training course will analyse the aspects and root causes of discrimination in the world of work and discuss strategies for overcoming barriers to workplace equality, promoting diversity inclusion and helping organizations identify common values and purpose.
