This course aims to provide USAID staff with a holistic view of gender equality — enabling participants to describe what gender equality is, and what the policies are enacted by USAID to implement it into the workplace and in programming. The course also seeks to help participants understand why gender equality is important, and the roles and responsibilities of every USAID employee to implement and promote it.
