UNCTAD will offer a special edition of its online course on trade and gender. The additional module includes case studies, data, and coursework with an overall approach that gives weight to topics that best address the region-specific context of member States of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA). This course is offered in both English and French over a period of eight weeks: from 20 May to 14 July 2019.
The course is managed and tutored by the UNCTAD Trade, Gender and Development Programme. The course is based on volume 1 of UNCTAD teaching manual on trade and gender, titled "Unfolding the links".
