Description: This manual was developed as a guiding document for participants during UN Women’s Master Class (MC) on a “Rights-based approach to Gender and Climate Change”, which took place from 15 to 18 June 2014 in Tangail, Bangladesh. It can serve now as a form of training material for similar workshops and events on gender and climate change from a rights-based approach. It has been updated based on the discussions and outcomes of the Master Class, so that it can inform other groups and individuals active in the field of gender and/or climate change in Bangladesh and elsewhere.
